Conference Saturday

Yesterday we went over to my parents house and hung out during the afternoon session of conference. My dad let us help him make stir fry. Then we went over to my sister Emily's house and had the stir fry with her and her family. She just had a baby about a week ago and we had not had a chance to go over to see him.

Here is Bridger with his new cousin, Drew, its amazing what 3 months can do for a baby.

After dinner we went to priesthood session. While we were there, Cassidy was told by one of my nephews that his baby was cuter than ours. ouch!

Here they are in their straight jackets. This particular jacket is Bridgers 2nd (He grew out of the 1st). I can't believe that he actually enjoys having his arms tied down to his side, but whatever works right?

One tradition that we have that I hope lasts for ever is on conference weekend Cassidy makes the best breakfasts. Yesterday she made us peach french toast, and today we had sticky bun pull aparts.
Have any of you ever wondered why I am gaining weight?

Cass needs to stick up for her kid or else he is going to develop some sort of inferiority complex. Good thing he has you as a father to build up his self-esteem (you ARE doing that right????)

wow, how would it be to hold someone else's new baby? I didn't even think about how close those two are in age. what cute little buddies they will be! Cass, I will be at your house next conference. nice tradition--yummy!

Isn't it amazing how much kids grow. You don't think your baby is big until they are next to a new born. That will be so fun for Bridger to have a boy cousin so close in age!

Jed told me recently that he always thought Hayden (my sister's boy) was cuter than Kempton. He doesn't think so anymore...thank goodness! I think your son is adorable!
