Bookmarks

I saw some cute, easy bookmarks on Pinterest so I thought I would whip up a batch and give them to some people that I love.


These are ones I made and gave out. The receiver got to pick their favorite one and then I made them take a picture with the bookmark and me.


Ashley is one of my very best friends, we've been friends since I moved to Price when I was six. I don't know what life is like without her, thank heavens! She is such a great mom! Her and her son Colton are the best of friends, I love watching their relationship. I watch her in awe and hope that I have that same connection with my boys. She just had twins and I know that they are great hands. She is a wonderful person who I know will always be there for me whenever I need her.

This is my hot mama! It's been so great these past couple of years to truly become friends with her. We enjoy many of the same things and I enjoy them so much more when I'm doing them with her. She would do anything for my family and is constantly giving us things, even if we don't need them or want them. She has a tender heart and is always trying to figure out a way to help someone out. I'm so blessed to have her as my mom and I love her very much!

Celiece Young is one of my closest friends. It has been because of her that I have shed the most tears about us moving!! She is the best listener, and is so good to follow up on events that are going on in our lives. It makes me know that she is truly concerned and interested in my family. I've tried to develop this characteristic because of her! I going to miss her more than she will ever know!!

My mother-in-law Cathy. Nate has 6 siblings but somehow Cathy knows how to make us feel like we're the only ones. She is constantly checking in on us and seeing if there is anything she can help us with. She is good to remember the people and the events we talk about. She is so great with my boys, she gets right down on the ground and plays with them. Nate's parents are the best in-laws a girl could have. I love them both very much!

Joye Wimmer is in my book club and I can't get enough of her. She is in remission from colon cancer and is such an inspiration to me. She has such a positive attitude and has so much spunk! You can't help but love her. She can make the girls in my book club have tears rolling down our face because she is so funny! This summer she took our book club to her condo in St. George, we had the best time and I can't wait to return! I'm so grateful I've been able to get to know her!

My sister Andrea and my niece Emma. I'm so thankful to my sister for taking me to church when I was younger and then setting the example of getting married in the temple. She has such a strong work ethic and is determined to be the best in everything she does. Emma in this past year has become such a great helper with the younger kids! She loves to take on the mom role and set the little ones in order. I've loved watching her mature and grow up. She has such a fun personality and loves to be in the center of anything going on, whether it be bad or good. Love you guys!

This is Liz Condie, we were on drill team together in high school. We figured we would never see each other after high school ended. But we married best friends, and I'm so thankful! Everytime I talk with her she's taking someone dinner, crocheting a gift or watching someone kids. She is so service oriented and giving. Whenever I express a frustration I'm having with someone, she is so understanding and always has great advice. I couldn't ask for a better friend!

This is my delightful Grandma Howell. We've lived close to her these past six years, and I'm so grateful I've been able to run up to her house when I needed to get out. She is the kind of grandma everyone should have. She knows how to spoil you, make you feel important and make you laugh. She is so fun to be around and I love that my mom is so much like her! I especially love that she lets me torture her through waxing!

This is my good friend Kali Priday! She has so much talent, there isn't anything this girl can't do. Not only did she play all sports in high school, she is now is the best homemaker on the planet. Anything she cooks, I'm dying to get the recipe and cook it with her so I do it exactly the way she did it. She can whip out a darling princess dress that she made from scratch. And has the cutest ideas for craft or activities. I'm so blessed to enjoy being around the wife's of Nate's good friends!!

I know I need to express appreciation and love to those around me more. Life gets too busy and chaotic that I forget to slow down and enjoy the moment. These are just a few of the people I love and care about. Hopefully I can make more bookmarks soon and spread more cheer!
