We decided to stay close to home for fall break and enjoy some fun places we hadn't been to before. We went to the Blue and White BYU boy basketball game. So we cheered loud and had a great time!
The following day we first stopped at Hill Air Force Base. The boys couldn't believe how huge the planes were and how many they were able to see. We weren't planning on stopping there but sure glad we then. Second, we went to the Spiral Jetty on the northeastern shore of the Great Salt Lake. It was way further out there then we expected but it was really cool to see. The boys favorite part was Nate letting them lick the salt ground. Next, we explored the Golden Spike national historic park. The locomotives were inside for the day but still neat to see. Finally, we stopped at Prairie Schooner Restaurant in Ogden. It had the cutest atmosphere complete with a covered wagon as our table. We had a hornet at our table, which made it feel authentic. The food wasn't amazing but we all really liked it!
I also wanted to post a picture of Bridger reading to Quaid in bed and this picture of Quaid in the tub!
