Denver Road Trip

We planned a last minute bros road trip to head out to Denver to watch the Weird Al concert. Me, Bridger, and McCoy put together our best Weird Al playlist on Spotify and hopped in the car. After about 8 hours we got to the Red Rocks Amphitheater . The venue was awesome. The weather was perfect and the boys were excited to see their 1st concert. We had the best time listening to Weird Al perform. He was so entertaining. He changed outfits for about every song. For the Star Wars songs, the stage was full of storm troopers and other Star Wars dudes.

The next morning we got up early and headed down the Colorado Springs to see the Garden of the Gods. It was awesome. Then we headed up to Pikes Peak. It was a long drive up to the highest point in Colorado. There were a lot of clouds and it was really cold at the top, but it cleared out for a bit and the view was awesome. We then booked it down to Denver to watch the Rockies play the Giants in Coors field.

The next morning we woke up and swam at the hotel for a while before hitting the road home. It was a crazy fast 3 days. We packed as much into it as possible and it was a blast. Bridger's favorite part was the concert. McCoy's was the baseball game, and mine was singing in the car for 16 hours with my favorite road buddies. It was a great trip!
