We've been building up to Christmas and there is a lot of excitement at the Hansen house. The Bringhurst's stayed with us on the 20th and 21st to do Christmas with us and kick things off. On the 23th we had a Jerusalem dinner and read Luke 2 knowing that we were going to be busy the next night. Then on Christmas eve, we had the Hansen party. This year after the talent show, Grantpa did a retelling of his and Grandma's love story which was great.
Also this year, Landon and Mary (Larry) came from Alabama for Christmas and stayed for a couple of weeks. We had a lot of fun stuff planned but the twins and Finley were all sick, so we were a bit limited in what we could do and when we could all meet up. We did go the the aquarium, Kangaroo Zoo, and meet up to take a bunch of family pictures. It was our 1st time seeing the twins and we've not seen the other 4 for a couple of years. They are such a cute family and we hope to get to see them again soon!
