Eden and Pineview with the Bringhursts

We had a super fun weekend in Ogden and Eden with the Bringhursts.

The weather forecast was not looking great, but we pressed on and were so glad we did!. On the way up we stopped at the Eccles Dinosaur Park. We recreated pics that we had taken when we went a few years ago with the Sinsich's. Then we ate dinner at Cassidy's favorite- Carlos and Harley's. Always delicious. Too bad dad left the to go box on the top of the van when we drove off...Then we went swimming at the pool.

That night the Browns and Bringhursts made it up. Steve just had shoulder surgery and is not very mobile, we were not sure they were going to make it up. The weather cleared up the next day and we were able to go out on the lake. We had a great time swimming and tubing. All the kids had a great time. Emma has had some pain in her face that had swelled up, so part way through Andrea and Emma had to leave and go to the ER. She was better later that day. That night we all got together and played domino train and other games.

The next morning we had planned on hanging out at the lake. We got down there and the weather suddenly turned on us and was horrible. We headed back to the condos and by the time we got there, it was warm and sunny. We played more games, swam and played volleyball.

We love Pineview and hope to keep going there for years to come!

McCoy got his medal the day after we got home. He had played most of a soccer tournament right before we went up there but had to miss the final since we were going out of town. His coach really wanted him there and offered to drive him up to Eden after the game if we'd just let him play. Luckily the team did well without him and he still got his medal.
