We've been pretty busy with fall sports the last couple of months:
Bridger- is still rocking it out with tennis. This fall he made Varsity and he done so well. He had a great season as double partnered with Phillip Steed. He got a bunch of his buddies to join him on the team, Drew, Bentley, Coleman, Phillip, and Cole all did fall tennis this year.
McCoy- Peaks played hard all season and McCoy has done really well. He had a bunch of goals and regained the confidence he lost at the end of Spring. Their season came down to needing to win their last game to move up, and they ended up losing but played really well. He and his basketball buddies also played flag football together again. Brigg is such a great coach. They were like the Harlem Globe Trotters with how they dominated every team. McCoy broke ankles and had his way with the competition.
Marshall- had a great fall soccer season. He was a standout on the team despite being on the younger side. In the final game, the opposing coach was super annoying and it was great to watch Marshall take it to them. He also had his 1st season of flag football and and had a lot of fun. He scored several touch downs, but next year is going to work on more running and less trotting, skipping, and dancing with the ball.
Fall is a busy time, but we love to cheer on team Hansen! Winning is great, but making friends, learning about teamwork and leadership, and making these memories is even better.
