St. Geezy

We went to St. George for an awesome, jam packed weekend:

  • We went on a hike in the Gorge to see the DaVinci Panel and News Paper Rock (another one). It's super cool to go to something unknown to 99.9% of the people who pass by it every day.
  • Next we hit up the Grip. The boys love it and have been wanting to go back there for over a year. Ethan is into Ninja Warriors and goes to the Grip weekly. It was fun to see him in his element.
  • Cass and Andrea took the older kids to do baptisms at the OG St. George temple. Cass hasn't been in the temple since the open house.
  • Bridger, McCoy and I hiked to Yant Flat. It was amazing to see and climb around. They call it the candy cliffs. The sandstone was striped with different colors of orange. Worth the drive and worth the few miles of hiking.
  • We all went to the skimboard park on the Virgin River where they had the coolest concrete slide that we all had fun playing on.
It was a great trip. It's amazing that we've been going down there for all these years, yet still have new stuff to see.
