We had a lot going on in June.
While I was at High Adventure with the older boys, Cass and the younger boys went to St. George. They had a great time and got caught out in the rain just like us, only just in the back yard.
The next week, McCoy had soccer camp with Ozie, Jake, and Liam. They had a great time despite McCoy having a HUGE ingrown toenail that he had to soak a couple of times daily. During that same week, Cass and the rest of the Primary Presidency took the activity day kids to the This is the Place Monument for a day of Pioneer fun. Marsh had a great time and loved being able to do it all with his mom!
The next week was the biggest! Emma came home! We all went down to St. George to catch her at the airport. It was so great to see her, and she's grown so much over the last 18 months! We can't wait to have her back in our lives in person! The next day, we met up with the Browns to do baptisms at the new temple and later to eat at Pica Rica (a BBQ place I've been wanting to try). On the way home, we stopped at the Hansens. It was Father's Day. I had been learning how to play the harmonica for the last couple of months so I could jam with my dad and play the Dances with Wolves theme for him.
June was one for the books!
